Parma Heights is a city in Cuyahoga County on 4.19 square miles surrounded on three sides by the larger city of Parma. It is a western suburb of Cleveland. As of the 2010 Census there were 20,718 people, 9,534 households, and 5,298 families residing in the city, with a median age of 43.2 years.
